Located in northern France, along the English Channel, the seaside resort of Le Touquet was established in the 19th century. It has been a fashionable holiday destination since the interwar period, with sumptuous villas built in the pine and birch forest planted to the east of the town. Along the long sandy beach of Le Touquet, to the west of the town, are hotels, restaurants, and a casino.
On Le Touquet's main beach, swimming isn't the only activity! Land sailing is the local sport. The large sandy beach allows you to fully enjoy the English Channel amidst wild landscapes and dunes. There's also a thalassotherapy center on the seafront (to the south), ideal for ending the day in complete relaxation.
