Completely renovated in autumn 2025. This studio apartment with a sleeping alcove is located on the raised ground floor of the residence (one flight of stairs, no elevator), facing southwest with a 15m² sun terrace.
The apartment comprises an open-plan fitted kitchen/living area with a pull-out sofa bed (80x190 cm). A separate sleeping alcove with a sliding door contains a double bed (160x200 cm). There is also a shower room and a separate WC.
This apartment is not wheelchair accessible.
