Slopeside Mountain House with Hot Tub – Dive into Alpine Tranquillity

Nestled at 1,650 metres above sea level, directly on the ski slope and surrounded by unspoilt nature, the Slopeside Mountain House with Hot Tub offers a retreat like no other – rustic, stylish, and wonderfully quiet. Whether you're unwinding in the steaming hot tub under open skies or relaxing by the crackling fireplace, this is where you leave everyday life behind and reconnect with what truly matters.

AMENITIES
Spanning 270 m² across three floors, the house accommodates up to 16 guests. There are seven bedrooms – six double rooms with balconies and one room with two bunk beds – offering stunning mountain views and peaceful privacy. Two spacious lounges provide space to gather: a cosy hunter’s parlour and a living room with a fireplace and large sofa.
The professional kitchen is a dream for culinary enthusiasts, complete with a Nespresso machine, filter coffee machine, raclette and fondue set, large fridge, freezer, and even a wood-burning stove. Four bathrooms – including rain showers and a whirlpool tub – and several separate toilets ensure maximum comfort.

LOCATION
Ideal in every season – ski-in/ski-out in winter, hiking trails at your doorstep in summer. Situated above Tschagguns, the house offers a breathtaking panorama and absolute silence, broken only by the wind through the trees.

ARRIVAL
• Winter: Arrival only via Golmerbahn cable car. Free overnight parking is available at the valley or mid-station. Luggage and guest transfer to the house is offered by the Golmerbahn (snowcat & gondola). More info: www.golm.at/de/Preise-Service/Gepaecktransport
• Summer: Reachable by foot, cable car, or – with prior permission – by 4WD vehicle (steep alpine road, 10% grade). Max. 2 cars may drive up; others park at the base or mid-station.
