HOUSING
The villa extends over three levels, accessible from a beautiful entrance served by a central staircase.
On the ground floor, the living area consists of a large living room with a pellet fireplace, a dining room and a library area.
The whole opens onto the outside, furnished with a garden lounge, a dining area and its two gas barbecues as well as the salt swimming pool (4×9 m, maximum depth 2.5 m).
The separate kitchen is fully equipped.
Also on this level is an en suite bedroom with a king size bed (180×200 cm), dressing room, shower room and WC, as well as a separate WC.
On the upper floor, a second en suite bedroom, also equipped with a king-size bed, offers a wardrobe, shower room with WC and access to a private west-facing terrace.
On the lower floor, two bedrooms complete the sleeping area:
- An en suite bedroom with a double bed (140×200 cm), smart TV, dressing room and shower room with WC
- The master suite with king-size bed, dressing room, shower room and toilet, as well as access to the garden
On this level you will also find a gym (elliptical, treadmill, fitness mat, small equipment), a separate WC and a laundry room with washing machine, dryer and water point.
The exterior, pleasant and spacious, has one important peculiarity: a road passes under the property, generating a noticeable noise level from the garden, compensated by the soothing sound of the fountains which makes the whole thing more pleasant.
