Lovely house located in the Parc du Rocher in La Grière, 5 min/300 m walk from the fine sandy beach and 400 m from shops (bakeries, delicatessen, fishmonger, rides, greengrocers, mini-market...)
In a very quiet residential park. During the summer season, the Grière centre offers several varied activities throughout the summer (concerts, markets, circus...).
La Tranche-sur-Mer is a family-friendly seaside resort with several schools and a superb body of water for learning to windsurf, sail, and surf. Tennis lessons are also available. A large skate park, a playground, and the municipal swimming pool provide entertainment for children and adults alike.
