Located in a charming small residence, this lovely apartment in La Salle-les-Alpes, in the heart of the Serre Chevalier resort, is ideal for a comfortable and relaxing stay. With a surface area of 40 m², it can accommodate up to 4 people. It features a comfortable bedroom with a double bed (140x190 cm) and a window overlooking the surrounding countryside, a fully equipped kitchen for preparing meals, and a bathroom with a shower. A separate toilet is also included. The living room, which opens onto the landscape, offers a cozy seating area with a double sofa bed (140x190 cm) and a convivial dining area, as well as a beautiful terrace with a garden. The decor is pleasant and refined, perfect for unwinding after a busy day.
Please note that although the accommodation does not yet have wifi, the 4G and 5G reception is excellent and allows, by sharing the connection with your mobile phone, to view your subscriber programs on the TV (HDMI cable available – bring usual connections with your devices).

The southwest exposure guarantees a bright stay, with a sunny, private garden. Shops are just a 5-minute walk away, while the ski lifts are less than 900 meters away (a 10-minute walk). A free ski shuttle is available 30 meters away, making it easy to access the resort and lifts during the winter holidays. To reach the residence, it's recommended to take Chemin du Bessey and then Chemin des Faysses, which leads to the final address, as Chemin de Champ Feraud is on a slope. At the recently opened Pontillas gondola station, it's easy to rent and store your equipment (connected and heated ski lockers) and quickly access all the slopes of Serre Chevalier Briançon.
Nearby, you can enjoy downhill skiing, snowboarding, cross-country skiing, and ski touring, as well as hiking and snowshoeing. Thrill-seekers will appreciate fat biking, snowkiting, and rock climbing. The resort also offers the famous hot springs of Monêtier-les-Bains, heritage tours, a municipal swimming pool, a lake for swimming, and numerous restaurants and activities at the Serre Chevalier resort. Briançon, just a short distance away, is accessible by train and boasts a wealth of amenities, shops, and restaurants, not to mention its rich historical heritage.
