IN GRAU DU ROI - RIGHT BANK - In a residence 100m from the beach and 600m from the town center, on the 1st floor, a 28m² studio apartment with a sleeping alcove. The entrance comprises a sleeping alcove with a bunk bed (2 x 90cm), a living room with a sofa bed (140cm), ceiling fan and TV, a fully equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, microwave, hob), a shower room and a separate WC. A 3m² balcony offers a partial sea view. The shopping center is 500m away and the town center is 600m away. Furnished and equipped for 4 people.
OPTIONAL SERVICES:

Two separate security deposit checks are to be given to us on the day of your arrival (€400 deposit for the apartment and €100 cleaning deposit), not cashed and destroyed after your stay.
Keys are handed over at the agency.
