Saint-Mandrier-sur-Mer, a town in the Var department of the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region, is located on the peninsula of the same name, connected to the mainland by the Sablettes isthmus. Approximately fifteen kilometers south of Toulon, it helps define the harbor.
