With a surface area of 18 m², this rental comprises :
- a bright living room with two single bunk beds and a sofa bed (140 cm),
- a well-equipped kitchenette (coffee machine, microwave oven, hob, fridge),
- bathroom with shower and WC,
- hairdryer, TV, radiators.

There is no private parking.

Noise disturbance is not permitted after 10 p.m.
