This lovely, ideally located and recently renovated house will allow you to experience very pleasant moments on the Cap-Ferret Peninsula.
THE VILLA
Completely renovated in 2023, this 120m² house features 4 bedrooms, a bright living room with an open-plan kitchen equipped with a breakfast bar. On the ground floor, you will find a beautiful master suite with an en-suite shower room including a walk-in shower and toilet, a laundry room with a washer-dryer, and a separate toilet.
On the floor, there are three bedrooms: a master suite with a shower and sink, a children's bedroom with a bunk bed (the bunk beds are for children only; adults are not permitted to sleep in them), and a bedroom with two single beds that can be joined to form a double bed and a desk area. There is also a bathroom with a bathtub, toilet, and sink.
The exterior of the house is surrounded by beautiful wooden terraces with landscaped areas. An outdoor shower allows you to rinse off, ideal for returning from the beach with children. An outdoor table for meals on the terrace and a lounge area with sunbeds complete the exterior of the house.

The house is perfectly located; you couldn't dream of a better place for a car-free holiday in Cap-Ferret. Everything is within walking distance, less than 1 km away. The Cap-Ferret market, Mimbeau beach, the lighthouse, oyster tastings in the oyster farming village, shops, and restaurants are all just a few minutes' walk away. Young people can be independent and manage on their own.
