Residence located in the immediate vicinity of the slopes and shops.
2-room duplex of approximately 45 m² + 10 m² under the eaves, located on the 4th floor; balcony facing East.
Sleeps 8.
Living room: 2-seater pull-out sofa bed. TV.
Upstairs = Bedroom 1: 1 double bed. Mezzanine: 2 single beds, and 1 double sofa bed.
Bathroom: bathtub and toilet.
Ground floor = separate WC, shower room.
Kitchenette: 4 ceramic hobs, microwave, fridge, dishwasher.
Covered parking space no. 10 reserved for the apartment.
PETS ALLOWED
In winter, bed linen is included in the rental price!! Except for short stays (less than 7 nights)
