Discover this house, completely renovated by an architect, offering breathtaking sea views and direct access to a private beach.
The accommodation includes one bedroom with a double bed measuring 160 x 200, a second bedroom also with a double bed measuring 160 x 200, as well as three other bedrooms equipped with two single beds measuring 90 x 200 each.
The kitchen is fully equipped and you will find two shower rooms as well as a functional bathroom.
A dining area with a table and chairs awaits you for sharing convivial moments, while a comfortable lounge will allow you to relax after a day of sightseeing.
Enjoy a furnished terrace to get some fresh air and admire the view, not forgetting a large south-facing garden, perfect for enjoying the sun.
You will particularly appreciate the freshness and brightness of this house.
