Come and discover this bright and functional 29 m² duplex apartment, ideally located at the foot of the slopes and close to the Laitelet shopping centre.
Your comfort consists of:
Entrance hall with storage area
Living room with sofa bed (160x190 cm) and television
Open-plan fitted kitchen: ceramic hob, microwave oven, dishwasher, refrigerator
Separate toilet on the ground floor
Upstairs: bedroom with double bed (140x190 cm) and bathroom with toilet
Balcony, ski locker and elevator in the residence
Non-smoking apartment
Garage: one space available in the neighboring residence
Additional information:
The VELUX window in the upstairs bedroom must remain closed. In the event of damage, the security deposit may be withheld.
The Lac Blanc residence is located at the foot of the slopes. To access the main lifts, go up the stairs from the residence and take the green "Perdrix" run. Access to the Hameau and Laitelet areas is via the Chalets gondola lift, open from 7:20 am to 11:30 pm with free access.
Linen, sheets and towels, as well as end-of-stay cleaning, are included.
The entire Mountain Collection team is at your disposal to organize your holidays: transfers, ski equipment rental, packages, ski lessons, private chef (upon reservation and subject to availability).
