Located in the town of Formigny-la-Bataille, this 2-star charming house dating from 1850 is in the heart of the Normandy countryside, 4km from Omaha Beach. The garden is surrounded by trees but benefits from sunshine all day long, and invites you to relax on one of the deck chairs in the shade of the parasol oak.

The old tiles and the natural stone walls are the charm of this house. The furniture and decoration are family owned, with pieces of art from the grandparents, painters on canvas and ceramics.

The owner regularly spends holidays there and opens her doors for you to discover the Calvados region, which is full of historical sites and magnificent places around the landing beaches.

The house has kept its period style, however the kitchen, the bathroom, as well as the bedroom equipped with a double bed, with mezzanine just above with the 2 single beds, were completely renovated in 2021.
