BOUCANET - In a prestigious beachfront residence with a swimming pool (open mid-June to mid-September), a 70m² (approx.) 3-bedroom apartment on the 1st floor with sea views. It comprises a bright living room with a sofa, a dining area, a TV, a brand new fully equipped kitchen (microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, hob), a bedroom with a balcony offering partial sea views and two single beds pushed together, a bedroom with a sea view and a queen-size bed (160cm), and a windowless bedroom with a bunk bed and en-suite shower room. There is also a second shower room with a washing machine and a separate WC. Secure, unassigned communal parking is available. 800m from the town centre. Sleeps 6. Pets are not allowed.

Two separate security deposit checks are to be given to us on the day of your arrival (€400 deposit for the apartment and €100 cleaning deposit), not cashed and destroyed after your stay.
