7-story residence with elevator located 3 minutes' walk from the shops and the start of the slopes (return to the slopes 1 minute's walk) with ski lockers on level 3. Free outdoor parking in front of the residence.
2-room apartment for 4/5 people of approximately 25 m², completely renovated, north-facing with balcony/terrace, valley side on the ground floor.
Kitchen area open to living room: 2 electric hotplates, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave grill oven, RUSSELL HOBBS electric coffee maker, kettle, toaster, raclette machine, fondue set.
Living room: 1 pull-out bed for 2 people, flat screen television.
Bedroom (sliding door): 1 bunk bed (2x1 person) and 1 single drawer bed.
Bathroom with shower and toilet included.
The rental price includes end-of-stay cleaning EXCEPT THE KITCHEN. The accommodation must, however, be returned in a decent condition, with the dishwasher emptied, the trash taken out, and the bedding folded and put away.
Sheet rental: double or single bed sheet kit: 19 euros, toiletries kit: 10 euros.
WIFI box rental: 39 euros/week or 7 euros/day.
