Ia Orana and in this little corner of paradise, nestled on the edge of the lagoon in the Paea district! This charming holiday home will offer you an unforgettable stay, bathed in sunshine and une conciergerie.
Enjoy your private furnished terrace of 25m² stretching along the entire length of the house, for moments of relaxation with family or loved ones, with direct access to the beach.
The view of the lagoon, beach and Moorea is magnificent!
You will be able to organise your barbecue evenings thanks to the barbecue, gather for family meals or rest in the shade during an afternoon nap.
Inside, you will be seduced by the functional and cosy layout of this house. The fully equipped American kitchen will allow you to prepare delicious meals, which you can enjoy at the table and chairs provided for you inside, and on the terrace.
The living room, for its part, is modern, bright and well arranged with sofa, armchair, beautiful decoration and TV, it will be your cocoon during TV evenings, for reading and relaxing.
After a busy day, join one of the two bedrooms, each equipped with a bed with comfortable orthopaedic mattress and air conditioning. The fifth occupant will sleep on the sofa bed in the living room which will be specially prepared for them. Each bedroom has an ensuite shower room and WC. One of the 2 shower rooms and WCs is independent, to allow the 5th occupant to access it without disturbing the privacy of the bedroom occupants.
In the shed located in the garden, 1 kayak and 1 paddle are at your disposal to make the most of the beach and crystal-clear waters. You will be able to create incredible memories and live unique moments with your family. Let yourself be tempted by snorkelling, the lagoon is full of multicoloured tropical fish, coral heads... and above all remember to admire the magnificent sunsets that will unfold before you, a true spectacle of nature and at Cozy Corner they are simply superb with the island of Moorea in the distance.
