BRITTANY - The Littorine Villa, Kerroc'h Beach
Located in Morbihan, in the port of Kerroc'h, it is an ideal place for a dream holiday, a professional stay or events such as weddings, seminars... This historic property over 100 years old which served as the location of the Kerroc'h Searchlight in 1908; renovated and rehabilitated in 2009 and then in 2022, offers a sumptuous setting. With a capacity of 13 people, 6 bedrooms, it stands out for its charm, comfort and location in a protected natural space of 6,000 m². It is a perfect place to gather in complete privacy.

Combining luxury and ecology, it offers a unique relaxation setting with an indoor hot tub opening onto a terrace. It benefits from unlimited fibre optic Internet connection, ideal for remote working. The décor is minimalist, elegant, creating a cosy atmosphere, with integrated sound system. Comfort is ensured by geothermal heating and dual-flow ventilation, guaranteeing a pleasant temperature all year round. The breathtaking sea view and Kerroc'h beach reinforce the escape experience.
The outdoor spaces offer several areas:
- A 110 m² terrace on the sea side with table, chairs, and a summer lounge.
- Another 15 m² terrace, located on the side towards the entrance, offering a view of the beach. It is equipped with outdoor seating; this space is often used as a smoking area.
- A third 30 m² terrace, facing due South, opening onto the hot tub with table and chairs.
- Finally there is the natural park, wooded and flowering according to the season, which offers you an immense playground where your children can live their adventures and create unforgettable memories.
The kitchen allows you to prepare your meals, promoting convivial and memorable moments. The living room is perfect for meals, relaxation or TV evenings.

- Room 1: 160 x 200 bed, private shower and WC
- Room 2: 160 x 200 bed, private shower and sink
- Room 3 is a family room: 160 x 200 bed and 90 x 190 bed, it can be divided into 2 spaces thanks to a sliding panel.
- Room 4: 1 bed 140 x 200
- Room 5: 160 x 200 bed, private shower and sink
- Room 6: 2 beds 80 x 200 that you can push together to make a large bed.
And a bathroom with shower and sink independent for rooms 3, 4 and 6.
There are also 2 independent WCs, 1 near the entrance towards the Jacuzzi and the other at the rear.
NOTE:
We allocate rooms according to the number of occupants on the basis of double occupancy: 2 people = 1 room with double bed available.
Example for 4 people = 2 rooms...
Bed linen and bath towels are not included. You will need to order them as a Kit (simple Kit at £17 or double Kit at £20) at the time of booking.
