INTERIOR
The villa is beautifully decorated with a living/dining room opening onto the terrace and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, filter coffee machine, refrigerator, and freezer in the back kitchen).
The sleeping area consists of 4 bedrooms:
o Bedroom 1: 180x200 cm (2 single beds) with a shower room and toilet
o Bedroom 2: 180x200 cm (2 single beds) with a shower room and toilet
o Bedroom 3: 160x200 cm
o Bedroom 4: 160x200 cm
A shower room is shared with bedrooms 3 and 4.

The villa is located in a recent residence; some finishing touches are currently being made to neighboring villas. Peace and quiet are guaranteed from July 15th to August 31st.
