Its prime location provides breathtaking views of Pinel Island and the cove around Cul de Sac, making it an ideal destination for ocean lovers.

One of the highlights of Villa Mapai is its private dock, from which you can easily access Pinel Island. Grab one of the villa's paddleboards or kayaks, and within minutes, you'll find yourself exploring the beauty of Pinel Island's crystal-clear waters and sandy beaches.

The villa itself is designed with contemporary furnishings and boasts a spacious wooden deck and a heated infinity pool that overlooks the ocean.
