Residence close to both the slopes (30 meters) and the center of Vallandy, consisting of 74 apartments and 5 floors. The apartments on the upper floors and facing west enjoy a beautiful unobstructed view of the valley.
The residence is equipped with an elevator and there is a communal parking lot in the immediate vicinity.
This 44m² apartment is located on the 2nd floor with elevator in a residence just 50 meters from the slopes and shops. Close to the center of Vallandry, you won't need to use your car to get to the cinema, restaurant, or shops.
Rented for 6 people, this apartment is composed of a bedroom equipped with a double bed with direct access to the balcony, a second blind bedroom with 2 single beds and its own shower room, an open kitchen overlooking the living room with a convertible sofa, a second shower room and a dining area.
The apartment faces west with a furnished balcony from where you can enjoy a pleasant view of the valley.

Practical: Sheets are provided and delivered to the apartment for stays of 7 nights in winter (excluding summer and short stays). Bath towels can be ordered at an additional cost. You can book your ski lift passes, ski equipment and ski lessons at preferential rates.
You collect the services ordered upon arrival at the agency.
A security deposit must be paid upon arrival by credit card or check. No keys will be issued without a deposit.
INFORMATION: Furniture must not be moved under any circumstances. Fabric mattress covers must not be removed from beds and must be left clean. Beds must be properly unmade with duvets folded and placed at the foot of each bed. Any failure to comply with these instructions will result in a charge debited from the deposit: €10 per bed, €25 per missing mattress cover, €300 for the replacement of furniture.
