Chalet 5 bedroom Puy-saint-vincent

This modern and welcoming 150 m² chalet, entirely clad in wood, can accommodate up to 12 people. It is located in Prey d'Aval, at the end of Puy-Saint-Vincent, in a green setting on the edge of the forest, with a breathtaking view of the Vallouise valley.
The large, welcoming and bright living room combines a spacious living room with a suspended stove, a dining area, and a very well-equipped open kitchen. This room opens directly onto a large balcony facing the valley, furnished with a table, chairs, and a pizza oven, ideal for sharing meals outdoors. On the entrance side, another terrace with furniture completes the relaxation areas.
On the lower floor, accessible from the entrance, there is a double bedroom with a 140x200 bed, a shower room with a washing machine, a separate toilet and a large dormitory room with 4 single beds (90x190). For safety reasons, only the lower beds are used. These two rooms have glass doors giving access to a small private terrace facing the valley.
On the upper floor, an office space leads to two double bedrooms, one with a 120 cm bed and the other with a 140 cm bed. The suspended corridor overlooking the dining room then leads to a reading corner, a third double bedroom (140 cm bed) as well as a bathroom equipped with a bathtub and WC.
The chalet is equipped with Wi-Fi and enjoys an ideal location, just a five-minute drive from the Puy-Saint-Vincent 1400 resort and all its amenities: shops, restaurants, and ski schools. Cross-country ski trails are nearby. In winter, you'll enjoy easy access to snow sports, while summer offers a vast playground for hiking, mountain biking, downhill biking, climbing, horseback riding, and even paragliding. The Col de Pousterle and the Tête d'Oréac, perched at 2,100m, offer exceptional 360° panoramas.
