The owner's note, Location
This 26 m² studio apartment is located on the third floor with lift access and comprises an alcove in the entrance hall with two single bunk beds (NB: the top bunk is not suitable for children under 6 years old), a bathroom with toilet, a kitchen area opening onto the living room with a sofa bed, and access to a balcony with a large bay window overlooking the mountains.
This flat is ideally located for your skiing holidays, at the foot of the Teret, Quarts and Reguet slopes, 50 metres from the ESF ski school, 50 metres from the ski lift ticket office and 100 metres from the centre and shops.
In summer, a private tennis court and outdoor swimming pool are available for tenants. The swimming pool will be open from 1 July to 31 August, from 10:30 a.m. to 6:15 p.m.
You will have access to a large car park with free parking at the foot of the residence. This accommodation also has a ski locker.
This flat is classified as a 2-star furnished tourist accommodation.
It is possible to rent a private locked garage by the week in the residence.
End-of-stay cleaning and bed linen and towels are not included.
