Equipped studio for 2 people of approximately 24 m², on the 1st floor, south facing with balcony, slope side and resort center, in good condition.
Kitchen area: 2 ceramic hobs, extractor hood, refrigerator, microwave oven, electric coffee maker, toaster, kettle and SENSEO coffee maker.
Living room: 1 double pull-out bed and flat-screen television.
Bathroom with shower and washing machine. Separate WC.
NO ANIMALS ALLOWED.
The rental price includes end-of-stay cleaning EXCEPT THE KITCHEN. The accommodation must, however, be returned in a decent condition, with the dishwasher emptied, the trash taken out, and the bedding folded and put away.
