ACCOMMODATION
Upon entering, you'll be greeted by a large entrance hall with a built-in closet. It leads directly to the spacious and bright living room, equipped with two sofas, a smart TV, and a cozy dining area.
The living room opens onto a terrace offering a magnificent view of the sea.
The open kitchen, fully equipped (hotplates, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, etc.), is ideal for preparing your meals while enjoying the conviviality of the living space.
The sleeping area consists of:
- A master bedroom with queen size bed (160x200cm), en-suite shower room and WC, as well as access to the rear terrace
- A second bedroom with two single beds (90x200cm), also en suite with shower room and sink, and access to the rear terrace
A separate toilet in the hallway adds to the comfort of the apartment.
All rooms are air-conditioned for optimal comfort in all seasons.
ACCESS TO THE PROPERTY
From Nice Airport: approximately 30 minutes by car via the A8 motorway.
From Cannes train station: approximately 7 minutes by car or 20 minutes on foot.

Beyond these times, arrivals are only via key box.
All key boxes are located in front of our premises, 85 avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys must therefore be collected from this address for all arrivals in key boxes.
