Magnificent recent villa of 200m2, fully equipped and ideally located for holidays with family or friends.
Our haven of peace offers a privileged central location: only a 5-minute drive from the market of La Teste, 10 minutes from Arcachon with its famous promenade, quiet beaches and shops, as well as the coastal path, and 15 minutes from the majestic Dune of Pilat, with a short additional journey to access the ocean beaches.
The villa is distinguished by its 4 beautiful bedrooms (plus a dormitory that can accommodate 4 people, ideal for children or teenagers, which can also be used as a cinema room), its heated salt water swimming pool with roller shutter, its equipped pétanque court, its summer kitchen and its air conditioning.
Spread over two levels, on the ground floor you will find an entrance hall, a spacious open-plan living/dining/kitchen area opening onto the terrace, garden and pool. A master suite with a king-size bed (180 cm) and a large private bathroom, as well as a laundry room with a washing machine, dryer and guest toilet are also available.
A second bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm) and private bathroom is located in the garden, near the fully equipped summer kitchen (with refrigerator, sink and bar).
Upstairs, two bedrooms with private bathrooms are available, one with a double bed (140 cm) and the other with either two single beds (90 cm each) or a double bed (180 cm), depending on your preferences to be specified when booking. The dormitory / cinema room has a sofa bed (140 cm) and a trundle bed (2x90 cm), thus providing 4 additional beds.
All upstairs bedrooms, as well as the dormitory, have access to a balcony terrace with stunning views of the pool and garden. The four bathrooms are equipped with large showers and toilets.
The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances (induction hob, two ovens including a combination oven with microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer) and fiber Wi-Fi connection available throughout the house and garden. Parking for two cars is available on the property.
Sheets, towels and concierge service are included in the rate.
