The Sandflake apartment is ideally located just a stone's throw from the center of Les Gets village (300 meters) and the ski slopes (200 meters). The nearest shops are just 200 meters away (bakery, butcher) and the ski school is 400 meters away. So there's no need to use the car during your vacation; you can do everything on foot!
Nestled on the floor with elevator, the apartment is located in a quiet and recent residence (2015) composed of 8 apartments.
With a total surface area of 64 m², it includes 2 double bedrooms, one of which is en suite, and a sleeping area with 4 beds. It can therefore accommodate up to 8 people, but we recommend a maximum of 6 adults for greater comfort.
Modern and tastefully furnished, the Sandflake apartment is organized as follows:
- an entrance hall with storage spaces.
- a double bedroom (160x190 cm bed) en suite with Italian shower, WC, towel dryer and storage cupboards.
- a double bedroom (160x190 cm bed) equipped with a television and a large closet.
- a mountain corner with two double bunk beds of 140x190 cm and storage drawers.
- a separate toilet.
- a bathroom with Italian shower and towel dryer.
- a fully equipped American kitchen (dishwasher, oven, kettle, Nespresso and filter coffee machines, toaster, raclette machine, wine cellar) and open to the dining area. The large bay window along the dining table provides access to a vast 18 m² terrace, facing south-west and equipped with a table and chairs.
- an open living room, equipped with a smart TV, a DVD player and a Bluetooth speaker.
Note that this space can be closed using a system of sliding panels.
The apartment is rented with a large closed garage (maximum height: 2.10 meters) equipped with a shoe dryer, an outdoor parking space and a private ski locker.
