The Marianne apartment is located in the heart of the Les Gets resort village, in a prime location, offering immediate proximity to a range of amenities, from distinguished boutiques to refined restaurants, not to mention the ice rink, the spa, the renowned ski school and the welcoming Tourist Office.
Ideally located at the foot of the ski slopes and mountain bike trails, the need to use your vehicle disappears, allowing you to enjoy every moment of your stay in complete peace of mind, while easily exploring the surrounding area on foot.
The Marianne apartment, located at the top of a brand new, elegantly designed residence, due for delivery in summer 2023, welcomes you with an unobstructed panoramic view of the slopes from its top floor.
With a generous surface area of 134 m², it offers a vast space including 4 bedrooms and a charming mountain corner, able to accommodate up to 12 guests.
Upon entering, an atmosphere of discreet luxury emerges, with a reception hall housing a laundry area equipped with a washing machine and a dryer, a separate toilet, as well as a corridor leading to a light-filled living room of 43 m², facing south-east.
The fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, Senseo coffee machine) seamlessly flows into the dining room and living room. From here, two large bay windows open onto a 12 m² terrace offering breathtaking panoramic views of the slopes.
The sleeping area has been carefully designed:
Four double bedrooms, each with a television, an office area, a private shower room and an en-suite toilet, welcome you in absolute comfort. Three of these rooms have queen-size beds (160 x 200 cm), while the fourth has a bed (160 x 190 cm). An enchanting mountain corner with two bunk beds, or four single beds (80 x 190 cm), and its adjoining shower room. Please note that this space is specially designed for the well-being of the youngest and not for adults.
Additional details to note:
- Towels and bed linen are provided; beds are made upon arrival.
- By renting the Marianne apartment, you can benefit from a cleaning service during your stay.
- Free Wi-Fi coverage throughout the accommodation, allowing you to stay connected to your digital needs at all times.
- The apartment comes with 3 outdoor parking spaces, 2 ski lockers, and a cellar.
- Out of respect for our guests, the apartment is reserved for non-smokers and our 4-legged friends are not allowed.
