The Pen Men apartment, with a total surface area of 135m², occupies a large part of the and second levels of a small 2-story building (3 apartments in total).
The duplex opens onto an entrance hall giving access to a laundry room, equipped with a washing machine, a dryer and a small wardrobe.
It also leads to the living room, with a vast surface area of almost 50m², bathed in light thanks to its south-eastern exposure.
Large bay windows run along this room and provide access to a large terrace equipped with a table and chairs (possibility of eating outside), as well as a large jacuzzi from where you can contemplate the unobstructed view of the village and the surrounding mountains.
The fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, Senseo coffee machine, etc.) opens onto the dining room and living room. Organized around the fireplace, the living room and its comfortable sofas offer a cozy and cocooning space.
Please note that fuel for the fireplace is provided for the winter season only (from December to April).
On this same level there is also a separate toilet and a cabin bedroom with 4 bunk beds and a shower/sink area, ideal for children (note that this bedroom does not have an opening to the outside).
The other 4 bedrooms are located on the upper floor, and are arranged as follows:
- a double bedroom with king size bed (180*200), dressing room and en-suite bathroom with WC.
- a double bedroom with king size bed (180*200), storage cupboards and its en-suite shower room with WC.
- a bedroom with 2 single beds (90*190) which can be pushed together to form a double bed and storage cupboards.

These last two bedrooms share a shower room and a separate toilet.

- the apartment is rented with a closed garage in the basement of the residence, an outdoor parking space and a ski locker.
