ACCOMMODATION:
This 22 m², 1-star studio cabin is located on the 2nd floor (no elevator) and is equipped for 3 people. It includes:
- a cabin with bunk beds
- a living room with 1 single bed, 1 TV/DVD, 1 hi-fi system
- a kitchen area with 1 oven, 1 dishwasher, 2 electric hotplates, 1 refrigerator, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, raclette set
- a bathroom with toilet included
The balcony with a plunging view of the valley is north-facing. The ski locker is in the residence.

THE RESIDENCE:
La Boussole is located less than 300 m from the resort center, shops, and the ESF (French Ski School) and directly next to the slopes. The residence is medium-sized with wood cladding and exposed stone. Public parking is located nearby.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD:
The quietest area of the Les Coches resort, all residences are a maximum of 100 meters from the slopes and 300 meters from the shops. The Observatory district offers panoramic views of the valley and Mont Blanc. Access to the resort center is via a pedestrian path in less than 5 minutes.
