This unusual accommodation, a former glass-fronted commercial space, can accommodate up to 6 people, ideal for a stay with family or friends.
On the ground floor, you will find a living room with a double bed on the mezzanine (access by steep ladder), a two-seater sofa bed, a bathroom with WC, as well as a bright and quiet living room equipped with a second two-seater sofa bed.
In the basement, accessible by a staircase, there is a small bedroom with two bunk beds, a skylight overlooking the living room, and a second bathroom (without WC).
Sheets and towels are provided and professional cleaning is carried out before and after each stay.
You will have everything you need for a pleasant stay: television, coffee machine, microwave, washing machine, iron, hair dryer, etc.
The neighborhood is ideal for exploring Paris: Rue Mouffetard, Jardin des Plantes, Grande Mosquée de Paris, Gobelins… all accessible on foot in less than 15 minutes. You will also find a Franprix 2 minutes away and a pharmacy 4 minutes away.
Parking is easy right in front of the apartment (paid during the day, free on Sundays and public holidays), which is rare in Paris.
