The owner's note, Lola

Ideal for a vacation with family or friends, this 2-room apartment with a 1,500 sq. ft. cabin, which can accommodate up to 5 people, offers comfort and tranquility. Located on the ground floor with access to the terrace and gardens, it offers a south-east exposure with views of Mont Blanc. You will be 15 minutes from the center of Saint-Gervais and 4 minutes from the Mont-Blanc ski area. A shuttle bus stop is a 2-minute walk from the accommodation.
Please note: Winter equipment (snow tires + chains or socks in the trunk) is mandatory from 01/11 to 31/03 of each year.
Composition of the accommodation:
- Living room with sofa, television, fireplace (wood payable by the tenant).
- Kitchen with oven, dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, raclette/pierrade machine, fondue set.
- Bathroom with bathtub, sink and storage unit, electric towel dryer.
