5 km from Saint-Tropez, this residence with a shared swimming pool houses a group of chalets integrated into a pine-tree-lined site on 15 hectares. Ideally located 2 km from the beaches, 1 km from the shops and 5 km from Saint-Tropez, you can easily visit the surrounding villages (Port Grimaud, Gassin, Ramatuelle).
The air-conditioned house has a wooden terrace and a small garden.
You will enter the living room facing the sheltered terrace and equipped with a dining area. In the living room you will have
convertible sofa and a large screen.
A fitted kitchen opens onto the living room.
The bedroom is furnished with a 140cm double bed, a flat-screen TV and a dressing room.
