With a surface area of 30 m², this rental comprises :

- a bright living room with lounge and dining area,
- a well-equipped kitchen (coffee machine, microwave oven, hob, fridge, freezer),
- a bedroom with a 160 × 200 cm double bed, and an en-suite bathroom with shower,
- separate WC,
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, tumble dryer, hair dryer, clothes hangers,
- TV, stereo system, wifi, smoke detector.

There is no private parking.

Noise disturbance is not permitted after 10 p.m.
