A charming estate with swimming pool in the heart of the island
This beautiful property is located 4 kilometers from the village of Sineu, in the heart of the island. The house offers space for 4 people.
It has two comfortably furnished bedrooms. One with a double bed, the other with bunk beds and a capacity of 3 people, and a bathroom. The bright and welcoming living and dining room invite you to linger. The exterior with the well-kept lawn and comfortable garden furniture and a barbecue invite you to relax. Not to be forgotten is the pleasant neighborhood, the little donkey "Luis" who is always delighted with friendly visitors.
During peak season, flight noise may increase.
IMPORTANT :
- All additional payments and online registration procedures are handled via WhatsApp, outside of the platform.
- All guests over 16 years old staying in holiday accommodations must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not collect it, in which case they will receive a separate message to make this payment.
- Electricity included (3 kw/day and per person)
- A refundable deposit will be charged.
- Parties not allowed.
- To comply with the law, identification is required from all guests before entering the house.
- Please note that the gardener accesses the outdoor area once or more per week for garden and pool maintenance.
