With a generous surface area of 80 m², this rental is located on the floor and consists of:

- a charming sunny balcony,
- a light-filled and tastefully decorated living room,
- a dining room with a large table,
- a fully equipped kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, blender, kettle, oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer),
- a bedroom with a 160 × 200 cm double bed,
- a second bedroom with a single bunk bed and a 140 × 200 cm pull-out bed,

After 10 p.m., noise disturbances are no longer accepted.
