This 57 m² duplex apartment has been completely renovated. It is located on the 4th floor of the building, 50 meters from the roundabout, the slopes, ski lessons, and shops. Enjoy the breathtaking view from your south-facing balcony.

Open kitchen with 4 ceramic hobs, fridge, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and toaster.
Bedroom 1 en suite: two single bunk beds with bathroom with shower.

Upstairs:
Bedroom 2: a 140 cm double bed with a mezzanine equipped with a single bed. The stairs to access the mezzanine are a little steep. The upper bunk is not suitable for children under 6 years old. Equipped with a television.
