The owner's note, Lola

This 55m², west-facing apartment is ideally located just steps from the Morel chairlift and 50m from the shops in the Morel district. Located on an upper floor, it features a balcony offering a beautiful view of the Tougnète slope.
It is composed as follows:
Open living room with dining table, sofa bed (2 single beds) and television.
Bedroom 1: separated from the living room by a sliding door with sofa bed (160cm)
Kitchen equipped with oven, large refrigerator, dishwasher, electric hob, coffee machine, kettle, toaster etc. There is also a washing machine.
Bedroom 2: with two single beds (the upper trundle bed is only suitable for children under 6 years old)
Bathroom with bathtub, recently renovated
The residence has parking spaces; they are not allocated per apartment but reserved for the occupants of the residence.
All our apartments are equipped with Wi-Fi.
Household linen, sheets and towels, as well as end-of-stay cleaning are included.
