Located in the Le Chalet de Montchavin residence, 150m from the slopes and shops of Montchavin. Apartment on the 1st floor with a total surface area of 76m2 including 25m2 under the slope for 10 people and with two balconies.
This beautiful apartment, completely renovated in 2019 with taste, has an open-plan equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee maker + pod coffee maker, toaster, kettle), a bathroom with bathtub and separate toilet, as well as a shower room with toilet.
Upstairs you have a bedroom with a 140cm bed, a dormitory with two single beds and a set of bunk beds (not suitable for children under 6 years old). A play area on the mezzanine is at your disposal. On the ground floor, you have a bedroom equipped with a 160cm bed for two people, a mountain corner equipped with a trundle bed. The lounge area is equipped with a sofa (not convertible).
