Located in the Traverse aux Coches residence, at the foot of the shops and the slopes. This 40m² duplex apartment for 6 people is located on the 5th floor with an elevator and balcony.
This beautiful duplex apartment in the center of the resort with a magnificent view of the valley and Mont-Blanc consists of a renovated open kitchen fitted in an L-shape (induction hob, oven and microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and washing machine), a bathroom with bathtub and separate WC on the ground floor.
In the living room, you have a 140cm double sofa bed.
Upstairs, you have a cabin bedroom with a set of bunk beds (not allowed for children under 6 years old), a single bed, a bathroom renovated in 2023 with WC and on the mezzanine (accessible by retractable ladder) a bed for 2 people 160cm.
For your comfort you have two televisions.
