Come and enjoy an unforgettable stay in this beautiful family home nestled in the heart of the picturesque village of Saint-Mandrier-sur-Mer, just a few minutes' walk from the port, shops, restaurants, and beaches. Perfect for a vacation with family or friends, it combines comfort, charm, and relaxation in a peaceful, wooded setting.
Relax in a sunny garden with a private pool, surrounded by deckchairs for sunbathing. Next to the pool, a lovely terrace shaded by a large parasol allows you to enjoy your meals outdoors in a pleasant and friendly setting. A second shaded area under the trees with deck chairs offers a cooler spot for napping or reading.
The house opens onto a lovely veranda that leads to a beautiful, light-filled living room with charming antique flooring and fully air-conditioned. The living space also includes a seating area with an air-conditioned television and a sofa. The open kitchen is fully equipped (refrigerator, oven, hob, dishwasher, coffee maker, etc.).
On the same level, you will find a large air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed and a trundle bed, as well as a beautiful bathroom with a bathtub and a separate toilet.
On the ground floor, there are:
• A second large air-conditioned bedroom with plenty of storage space,
• An open room with a trundle bed and a laundry area (washing machine),
• A bathroom with WC.
