Located in a recent residence on the heights of Chinaillon, this modern apartment is an ideal base for mountain holidays, in winter or summer. Designed to comfortably accommodate 4 to 6 people, it offers an unobstructed view of the ski slopes and the village, in a calm and pleasant setting.
The bright living space opens onto a balcony furnished with a table and chairs, perfect for al fresco dining overlooking the mountains. Inside, the living room features a sofa bed and a flat-screen TV. The atmosphere is warm and inviting.
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped: oven, hob, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, Senseo machine, raclette and fondue sets. Everything is designed to allow you to cook easily, just like at home.
The apartment has two bedrooms:
– a bedroom with a double bed (160x200)
– a second with two single beds
– a sofa bed in the living room completes the sleeping arrangements if needed
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a sink, and a heated towel rail. The toilet is separate. A combined washer-dryer is also available.
You will benefit from a secure ski locker and a covered parking space.
Linens are provided, beds are made upon arrival, and a welcome kit (hygiene and cleaning products) is included for a comfortable stay. A mid-stay cleaning service can be offered upon request.
The center of Chinaillon is about a 15-minute walk away, or a few minutes by free shuttle, which passes right in front of the residence.
The apartment is non-smoking, pets are not allowed, and it is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
