Located on the 2nd floor with elevator, it includes:

- A fully equipped semi-open kitchen, opening onto the living room and dining room
- A large living room with an open dining room, bathed in natural light

During your stay, you'll enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi, a TV, a washing machine, a tumble dryer, an iron, a hairdryer, a dishwasher, a microwave, an oven, and a Krups Inissia Nespresso coffee machine. Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
The apartment is also accessible to people with reduced mobility.
Our apartment is ideally located with excellent public transport links, making exploring Paris easy. Major attractions such as Trocadéro (a 10-minute walk), Arc de Triomphe (a 15-minute bus ride), Eiffel Tower (a 20-minute metro ride), and the Louvre Museum (a 25-minute metro ride) are all easily accessible. For dining, Place de Mexico and Place Victor Hugo offer charming restaurant options, while the Eylau Rooftop offers stunning views. A MONOPRIX supermarket is located at the foot of the building for your daily needs, and the Belles Feuilles shopping mall is just up the street.

The 16th arrondissement of Paris is located on the right bank of the Seine, to the west of the city. It is bordered to the east by the Seine and to the west by the Paris ring road, with the exception of the Bois de Boulogne, which is located on the other side of the road.
The arrondissement is primarily residential, but nonetheless popular with tourists for its numerous museums and notable landmarks like the Trocadéro and the Bois de Boulogne. It is home to the largest number of embassies and consulates in Paris, as well as world-famous sports venues like the Parc des Princes and the Stade Roland-Garros. Including the hundreds of hectares of the Bois de Boulogne, the 16th arrondissement is the greenest in the capital.
