Large villa in the north of the island, very well equipped, ideal for relaxing in summer or winter.
The house has two different levels, on the ground floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen in an open concept with a spacious living-dining room with a beautiful fireplace, also on the same level you will find a bedroom and a bathroom.
On the floor, we reach a cozy living area, from here there are three more bedrooms and two bathrooms. The house has been lovingly furnished.
The large garden has been well maintained and you also have a nice sized swimming pool with an outdoor shower. By the pool you will find sun loungers to start enjoying the pool and the beautiful Mallorcan weather from the minute. Around the house you will find beautiful terraces to sit and relax, you have a spectacular property to have a lot of fun and enjoy beautiful sunny evenings with a nice barbecue.

- All guests over the age of 16 staying in holiday homes must pay tourist tax. Some portals do not charge tourist tax, in which case you will receive a separate message to make this payment.
