Gîte Sous-Bois welcomes you in a warm and friendly atmosphere, perfect for holidays with family or friends. The interior consists of a comfortable living room, a dining area, and a fully equipped open kitchen, designed for your independence and comfort.
Night side, three carefully decorated bedrooms:
– A master bedroom with a double bed
– Two bedrooms with two single beds each, ideal for children or guests.
The bathroom features a bathtub and double sinks, with a separate toilet for added convenience. Bed linen and towels are provided, and a cot and high chair can be provided upon request at no extra cost.
Outside, enjoy a private garden and a large terrace furnished with a dining table, deckchairs, parasol and built-in barbecue: the perfect place for al fresco meals or relaxing afternoons under the pine trees.
And to complete your stay, access the Domaine's shared outdoor swimming pool, a true haven of freshness in the heart of the forest.
A private estate surrounded by nature within a vast 4,200-hectare private forest estate, enjoy an exceptional natural setting, accessible only to residents. Miles of trails invite you to stroll or explore by bike, in a calm and unspoiled environment. After your explorations, relax by the shared swimming pool, a true haven of refreshment. Bicycles can be rented and delivered on site for complete freedom to explore the surrounding area.
A €650 bank imprint will be requested as part of your rental. This imprint is neither blocked nor debited, and does not impact your credit card limit. You will only be charged a €8.10 service fee. Within 7 days of your departure, and subject to compliance with the general terms and conditions of sale and the property being returned in perfect condition, the imprint will be automatically canceled, without any action on your part.
