With a surface area of 20 m², this well-appointed studio offers a beautiful living room with a comfortable foldaway double bed, a dining area and a TV. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking to your heart's content, with a hob, large fridge with water cooler and all necessary utensils. There's also a private bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin. The 7 m² covered balcony overlooks the gardens and driveway. You'll be amazed by the calm, une conciergerie and greenery of the location, even though you're in the heart of a city!
The apartment is well laid out and has plenty of storage space, which is a real asset for both short and long stays.
This studio is an ideal pied-à-terre for a pleasant stay close to everything in Lyon!

## Neighborhood

The studio is located in the north of the Gerland district, 15 minutes by public transport from the Presqu'île, the hypercentre and the famous Place Bellecour.
You'll find everything you need for a pleasant stay, including Gerland park, the banks of the Rhône, the Confluence district and the Halle Tony Garnier for all kinds of events, just 10 minutes away by public transport.
You'll also find yourself in an ideal neighborhood for students and business travelers, with the ENS and EM nearby, as well as laboratories and industries further south. The Général Frère military district is less than a 10-minute walk away.
You'll find all amenities in the nearby streets (super U, laundromat, tobacconist, pharmacy...).

## Transit

The studio is close to the freeway, so you can visit the region and get to the studio without driving through town. You'll be able to get around easily on foot, by bike thanks to the many cycle lanes and the Vélo'v network, or by public transport (metro, streetcar, bus...) with the Girondin bus stop just a 3-minute walk away and the Jean Jaurès metro stop a 10-minute walk away.

## Notes

Parking spaces are available on the street in front of the residence and in adjacent streets.
Arrivals are between 5pm and 8pm. After 8pm a surcharge of €15 will be charged.
A deposit of €250 is required. This will be paid by bank transfer. We use the secure Swikly online service, which allows you to deposit your deposit online without any debit or impact on your bank limit.
