Located on the 1st floor without elevator, this charming studio has a beautiful high ceiling and includes:
- a sleeping area with a sofa bed;
- a fully equipped kitchen;
- a functional shower room;
- a comfortable lounge area to relax after a day of walking.
The mezzanine space at the top of the stairs is not accessible.
You will particularly appreciate its practicality and its beautiful brightness.
Everything you need for a great stay is at your disposal, including: Wifi, Oven, Refrigerator, Hairdryer, Washing machine, Senseo coffee machine, etc. Please note that sheets and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
The apartment benefits from an ideal location:
- In a small building on a quiet street.
- 6 min walk from Montmartre and 2 min from the steps to get there.
- Close to a Vélib station (2 minutes) and metro line 4 (4 minutes) as well as line 12 (6 min walk).
- Close to many food shops, some offering local products.
In a lively neighborhood, the restaurants behind Montmartre are worth a visit. Take a stroll through Montmartre, visit Parc de la Villette, and enjoy the many brunches the area has to offer. Don't hesitate to visit the Béliers Theater as well.
There is also the Ordener Street market to do, having a coffee at the Dose café beforehand.
During your stay, you will have the opportunity to discover the must-see sites that make the city famous, such as:
- the Basilica of the Sacred Heart of Montmartre, a 7-minute walk away;
- the Palais Garnier and the Place de la Concorde 23 minutes by metro;
- Notre-Dame Cathedral in Paris 24 minutes away;
- the Louvre Museum 26 minutes away, and many more.

The 18th arrondissement is located in the north of Paris and includes the neighborhoods of La Goutte d'Or and Montmartre. The latter is one of the highest hills in Paris, and the view from the top is worth the trip. The Sacré-Coeur church, a bastion of the Commune in the 19th century, Montmartre later became the neighborhood of many artists such as Picasso, Dali, Duchamp, Toulouse-Lautrec, and many others. The 18th arrondissement is therefore very contrasting, integrating ethnic pockets with a bourgeois sector or the opposite. The Boulevard de Clichy, near Place Pigalle, has many very pleasant cafes and bars, giving the neighborhood a certain dynamism and respectability.
