HOUSING
Located on the 1st floor with elevator of a luxury residence, with swimming pool at the rear of the building (no noise pollution), the north-south crossing apartment offers an unobstructed view of Cannes and the Mediterranean.
From the entrance, a hallway leads to the apartment's various rooms. On the south side, the living room includes a large sofa, a large-screen smart TV, a dining area, and opens directly onto a large terrace ideal for dining or relaxing.
On the other side, a fully equipped independent kitchen opens onto a north-facing balcony, practical for cooking in the cool.
The bedroom, also facing south, is equipped with a queen-size bed (160x200cm) and has direct access to the terrace.
A bathroom with a bathtub, sink, and bidet is adjacent to the bedroom. A separate toilet is located in the hallway.
The accommodation has an underground parking space.
