- a fully equipped kitchen;
- a living room with a 180 x 200 convertible sofa.
You will particularly appreciate its brightness as well as its flowery and very Parisian view opposite.
During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Television, Washing machine, Iron, Hair dryer, Fan, Unswept period fireplace, Dishwasher, Microwave, Oven, Air Fryer, Steamer, Raclette machine, Coffee machine, etc. Sheets and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
The area is very well served by public transport (metro lines 5, 6 and 7).

The 13th arrondissement of Paris is best known for its Asian quarter, where many Chinese, Vietnamese, Cambodians, and Laotians gather. The northern part of the arrondissement is more "classic" and is home to important institutions such as the National Library of France and the Olympiades district.
It also has the advantage of being close to the Montparnasse train station, known for being surrounded by restaurants, bars, cafes and shops.
