This two-bedroom apartment, located on the ground floor of a historically renovated building with attention to detail, offers the perfect balance between 19th-century architectural heritage and a contemporary living space designed to accommodate up to 4 people with all comfort.

With a tranquil and luminous atmosphere, the accommodation is composed of two cosy bedrooms, an elegant bathroom, a spacious living room and a fully equipped kitchen. The aesthetic is serene and timeless, marked by simple lines, natural materials and a soft palette that conveys lightness. The environment is enriched with high-speed internet, television with international channels and air conditioning to ensure well-being in any season of the year.

In addition to the inner experience, guests have access to common outdoor areas and a swimming pool installed on the top of the rear building — a unique space to relax and enjoy the sun. However, given access only by open stairs, this space is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility or small children.
